As an overseas education counselor you would:

• Counsel students/Visitors regarding educational and Visa issues such as course and program selection.
• Handle client queries via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and communicating with clients regarding admission applications and student visas.
• Regular follow up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
• Networking with students for Career Counseling, generating leads and Business Development.
• Provide support information to students on accommodation, living costs and any related queries for overseas education.
• Responsible for achieving targets.
• Provide inputs in the development of relevant marketing materials and provide inputs to overseas education/study abroad related content and distribution of the fortnightly newsletter to be sent to prospects.
• Assist the Senior Management team to design and implement marketing and advertising campaigns. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific professionals.
• Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team pertaining to overseas education.

You should have:

• At least 1-2 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling preferably in overseas education counselling.
• Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Self-motivated, target-driven and have attention to detail and customer-service focused, with a pleasing, warm and presentable personality
• You should have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point and the Internet and Social media
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Worked End To End  Education Process Like Counseling, Documentation, Processing, Funds & Visa Management.
• Real-Time Counseling Experience
• Knowledges of other visa Subclass like Visitor Visa.
