Key Responsibilities:

Manage all communication with clients through email, messages and phone calls, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all correspondence for future reference and auditing purposes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and information.
Provide regular updates to clients and candidates regarding recruitment progress, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in correspondence, administration, or a related role.
Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
