Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a serious, responsible, and experienced Export and Cargo Operations Executive to manage end-to-end international shipping operations from Nepal. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in export procedures, documentation, and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods to global destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle export customs clearance procedures efficiently.
Prepare and verify all required export documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and airlines.
Book air cargo space and manage shipment scheduling.
Oversee complete shipment processes from Nepal to international destinations.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and standards.
Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Prior experience in cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
Experience working with airlines or clearing agents preferred.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end shipment processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and highly responsible professional.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: NPR 60,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch provided by the office
Saturday holiday
