Job Description

Business Development

  • Identify potential enterprise clients and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet assigned targets.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell IT solutions including:
    - Email Solutions (Zoho)
    - Network Security (Fortinet devices and licenses)
    - Antivirus (Kaspersky)
    - Microsoft Services (OneDrive, Business Basic & Premium)
    - Linux Solutions (RedHat)
    - Web Services (Domain, SSL,)
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company policies and profit margins.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewals on time.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team for solution customization.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

Knowledge & Growth

  • Stay updated on product developments, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in training sessions and certifications to enhance product knowledge.
