Position Summary:

Jungle Villa Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with corporate clients to ensure growth and profitability. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the hospitality industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the corporate sector.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and events.

Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate events and stays.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong network within the corporate sector and experience managing B2B relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
