Job Description

  • To search tender notice and collect the related information.
  • To review the demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
  • To clarify bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
  • To monitor the bid management in order to ensure its alignment with the requirement.
  • To assist in Cost and price calculation.
  • To co-ordinate in tender reviews and deadlines.
  • To demonstrate product in accordance with procedures.
  • To answer queries with regard to product specifications, pricing and payment methods.
  • To monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
  • To follow up with the marketing team.
  • To maintain and develop good relationship with corporate houses, banks etc. through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
  • To generate reports on monthly basis and provide timely feedback to the Senior Manager.
