• Advising the organization on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including those related to corporate law, office of company registrar responsibilities, income tax office's responsibilities, and regulatory requirements of companies
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, such as employment agreements, rental contracts, and client agreements, to ensure that they are legally sound and protect the company's interests
• Managing corporate governance practices, such as maintaining accurate and complete corporate records and complying with shareholder and board of director requirements
• Providing legal advice on a wide range of financial matters, including securities law, tax law, and mergers and acquisitions
• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure that the company's legal and financial practices are aligned and compliant
• Maintaining knowledge of property-related laws, family laws, and other relevant laws to a corporate house and providing legal advice on such matters as needed
