• To have knowledge, understanding, and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning as a key to raising achievement, aspiration, and motivation
• To build a community of creative learning practice, involving all departments as appropriate
• The candidate would be responsible for bringing in all areas of academic administration, parent delight
• To act as a facilitator, able to translate the  vision for creative learning into practical implementation
