  • Must have minimum 4 years of experience in a similar environment of high production kitchen
  • Overseas experience is an asset
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge in diverse International Cuisine
  • Be able to manage large scale productions for events 
  • Creative skills, knowledge and quality will be assessed during demo-testing as part of the interview process

Job Description

  • Prepare special meals or substitute items.
  • Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
  • Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists
  • Work according to the menu specifications 
  • Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
  • Control food stock and food cost in his section
  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
