  • Must have worked in Engineering Consultant firm with minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Must have completed minimum bachelors’ level in management field
  • Should have knowledge about national and international tender and documentation formats and process
  • Should be able to handle clients and work accordingly

Job Description

  • Coordinate with consultants (Technical Experts) and clients on project related activities and keep track of project progress
  • Process for work permit and working visa of international experts working for the project
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to project team and ensure smooth functioning of project office
  • Make necessary arrangement for the study visit of government officials to foreign countries like visa, itinerary, US dollar arrangement etc.
  • Provide logistics support including coordination for field visits and vehicle use
  • Plan and coordinate meetings/workshops/trainings and prepare minutes
  • Support for procurement of office equipment and furniture
  • Filling, formatting and arrangement of data of documents
  • Monthly invoice preparation and follow up for the payment
  • Tax related work and knowledge of taxes
