As Outpace continues expanding our core operations team, we seek an experienced Content Project Manager. The role is responsible for planning and overseeing content-related projects to ensure they are completed effectively.

You'll be expected to determine resource requirements and identify resources with the right skills to execute content-related projects successfully. You are responsible for monitoring the performance of the content team, ensuring that the operations meet the client's standards and internal regulations with maximum productivity and efficiency. You will oversee the ongoing content-related projects, including prioritization and setting deadlines. You must be passionate about organizing and coordinating projects. This role will be a crucial part of our operations team.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with team members to identify what web content needs to be created
• Oversee content writing team to create unique, quality content that meets our standards
• Ability to proofread articles and make the necessary grammatical changes
• Oversee the process of creating 100+ pieces of web content per month across 25+ clients
• Provide project updates consistently to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Other content-related duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to manage detailed, time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Able to interface and cooperate seamlessly with a global team, adapting to international time constraints where appropriate
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
