We are a government-approved recruitment agency in Nepal, specializing in supplying manpower to Cyprus. We are seeking a creative, responsible, and result-oriented Content Creator / Social Media Handler to manage our social media platforms and effectively promote overseas job vacancies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, handling social media inquiries, and supporting recruitment marketing activities while ensuring compliance with Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, posters, and short videos for social media platforms
Design and publish overseas job vacancy posts related to Cyprus employment
Write clear, attractive, and accurate captions in English and Nepali
Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Respond to messages, comments, and candidate inquiries professionally and timely
Promote company credibility through success stories, deployment updates, and informative content
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure accurate and up-to-date vacancy information
Maintain a regular posting schedule and content calendar
Ensure all content complies with DoFE rules and guidelines
Assist in social media marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 level completed (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in content creation or social media handling
Basic graphic designing skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form videos
Strong written communication skills in English and Nepali
Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing tools
Ability to handle online inquiries professionally and ethically

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation preferred
Experience in manpower, recruitment, or overseas job marketing will be an added advantage
