We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content and Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and community engagement, with hands-on experience in both organic and paid social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Writing compelling and brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Designing content ideas for posters, promotions, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the design team.
Creating short-form videos, reels, and UGC-style content to increase engagement and reach.
Managing Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Monitoring social media performance metrics and preparing basic reports and insights.
Staying updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and online queries in a timely manner.
Coordinating with marketing and outlet teams to capture content and promote campaigns.
Supporting influencer collaborations and brand activations when required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
Proven experience in handling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
Experience creating reels, short videos, and UGC-style content.
Creative, energetic, and trend-aware with a strong visual sense.
Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and brand building.
