We are a government-approved manpower recruitment agency in Nepal, specializing in supplying skilled and unskilled manpower to Cyprus. We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and target-oriented Consultant Officer to join our recruitment team and manage candidate sourcing, counseling, and deployment processes efficiently.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding candidates through overseas employment opportunities while ensuring compliance with DoFE and Government of Nepal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities in Cyprus
Clearly explain job roles, salary, benefits, contract terms, and recruitment procedures
Screen, shortlist, and register eligible candidates
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and employer requirements
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment, processing, and visa stages
Coordinate with documentation, medical, and processing departments
Achieve assigned monthly recruitment targets
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the DoFE and the Government of Nepal regulations
Maintain professional, ethical, and transparent conduct with candidates

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 level completed (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong communication and counseling skills
Ability to handle candidates professionally and confidently
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, internet)
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower recruitment preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Experience in Cyprus, Europe, or overseas recruitment will be an added advantage
