Outdoor Executive Officer

Are you a seasoned professional in the manpower recruitment industry with a knack for navigating embassy procedures and coaching candidates toward success? We are looking for a mature, highly organized, and proactive Outdoor Executive Officer (Embassy and Client Relations) to act as the vital link between our agency, our international partners, and the embassy.

Key Responsibilities

• Embassy Liaison: Physically guiding candidates to embassy interviews and ensuring all logistical requirements are met on-site.
• Candidate Coaching: Training and preparing candidates for visa interviews, ensuring they are confident and well-versed in procedural requirements.
• Operational Footwork: Conducting necessary field visits to companies, government offices, and partner agencies to complete recruitment processes.
• Relationship Management: Serving as a Client Relationship Officer to bridge the gap between candidates, international partners, and our internal recruitment teams.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the visa or deployment phase.
• Communication: Facilitating seamless dialogue between international stakeholders and internal departments.
