Education Level : Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/Ib)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Gender : Female
Other Specification
  • Preference will be given candidates having tourism-related Degrees
  • Must have completed Intermediate level or above 
  • Should have at least 1 year of experience in the tourism sector especially Trekking
  • He/She should have strong and polite communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills in English, Nepali, and Hindi
  • He/she should follow the rules and regulation of the company strictly
  • Should be punctual and will to work from home
  • He/She should have smart knowledge of handling windows package, Email wiring, and social media handling.

Note:

  • He/She should be willing to work for minimum 2 years
  • Preference will be given for two wheeler driving license holder

Job Description

  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with  customers and colleagues
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
