Required Academic Qualification, Experience, and Training: - +2 with minimum or 2 years proven experience in managing and conducting community based projects having experience on hygiene promotion and WASH related activities in the community.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Participate actively in conducted trainings, workshops, and meetings,
• Mobilize community, WUC members regarding hardware and software activities,
• Organize regular meetings, workshops, sensitization sessions at community level,
• Actively participate in the mapping of community resources and social issues
• Manage the local level meeting, group discussion, and orientation for the activities as per the
• project objective in coordination with the supervisor
• Help facilitate and conduct public hearings and social audits in the communities
• Submit the regular report on events, on a monthly, basis as per the requirement of the project
• Close coordination with all the partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries of this project
• Create and share case stories of best practices every month.
