Roles and responsibilities of this job

Client Sourcing and Onboarding

Actively contribute to growing our clientele base by pitching our waste management and recycling-related services to potential clients.
Lead onboarding process for new clients which includes client meetings, waste assessment, drafting and sending proposals and service agreements, seamless handoff to our operations team, etc.
Develop strategic brand and tactical partnerships with external brands to raise brand awareness.
Plan and develop promotional activities & marketing collaterals.

Client Management

Maintain good relationships with existing clients. Communicate with them regularly to assess needs, accounting purposes, contract renewals, etc.
Maintain and regularly update the client database.
Regularly update drive with ongoing client deals and keep track of all photographs and reports of all clients.
Improve our service delivery by getting regular feedback from clients and incorporating them in the existing system.

Communication

Assist with social media management- plan and create content for posts and stories for the company’s social media handles, respond to follower’s/customer’s enquiries about our services etc.
Assist in content development for our regular blogs and websites.
Become actively involved in planning and execution of campaigns, events, or any new ideas on waste management and related matters.
Represent the company at meetings and events related to waste management and sustainability.
