Parichay Advertising is looking for a skilled Communication Officer to join our team. The Communication Officer will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication strategies, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage media relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our brand and services.
Create and distribute content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
Manage media relations, including drafting press materials and coordinating media inquiries.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and accurate messaging.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge the effectiveness of strategies.
Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events.
Handle crisis communication and provide timely responses to public and media inquiries.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communication role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of media landscape and public relations practices.
Ability to create engaging content for various platforms.
Proficiency in communication tools and software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
