Job Description

Position Summary:
Client Value Enhancement Executive (Customer Service Representative) is an interactive role responsible for providing our select global clientele with outstanding customer service and post-sale retention support. We are looking for self-starters with a commitment to customer satisfaction who would like to share their professional skills, expand their industry knowledge and enhance their careers.


  • Maintain professional client contact via phone, email, web chat and in person
  • Learn and provide service line information
  • Consultative questioning leading to up sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver client presentations, predominantly web based
  • Troubleshoot customer issues via telephone and web chat
  • Schedule and monitor Asia Pacific and international conference calls
  • Maintain client records via accurate database entries
  • Consistently drive towards personal and group goals
  • Follow directions to complete internal processes and maintain company policies and standards
  • Ensure that all clients receive the highest level of customer service and support
