Job Description

The Client Support Director will report to the CEO and is responsible for a) managing and overseeing end-to- end sales operations of Good Soil Stabilizer to existing Clients b) providing technical support to new and existing clients.

Essential Duties (But not limited to):

  • Achieve Sales Targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing and overseeing end-to-end sales operations of Good Soil Stabilizer to existing Clients
  • Erection, Installation and Commissioning of Good Brick Factory of Client
  • After sales support for Production, Quality, Mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure Recurring Orders by managing existing client.
  • Monitoring and maintaining Optimal Operation within each clients' Good Bricks site
  • Ensure existing clients are following Good Bricks production and quality guidelines
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze sales data of existing clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Techno Sales with After Sales Support experience of min. 5-7 years in managerial position.
  • Complete Factory set up experience desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and work in flexible hours.
