Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Assistant to join our team at Route2Uni International Group. The ideal candidate will support students and recruitment partners throughout the application and admission process while ensuring excellent client service and efficient administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to student and channel partner inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms with accurate and helpful information.
Support students in completing university applications, ensuring all required documents are collected, checked, and submitted on time.
Maintain and update records of student applications, leads, and partner activities in internal CRM or database systems.
Assist in organizing education fairs, seminars, and promotional events in coordination with the Partner Relationship Manager.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and agents to ensure smooth progress through the application and admission process.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and client records, and assist in collecting feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and support digital marketing efforts when required (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns).

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Education, or a related field).
1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or student support. Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Nepali.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
