We are seeking a motivated Counselor to join Boomerang International Educational Services. The ideal candidate will provide honest, accurate, and personalized guidance to prospective students and individuals seeking international education and migration opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their academic and career goals abroad.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their goals and assess their eligibility for educational or immigration programs.
Provide information and assistance to clients in the application process, including document preparation, visa application, and interviews.
Stay updated with current immigration and education policies and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
Collaborate with international institutions and agencies to facilitate admissions and visas for clients.
Play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Provide personalized counseling and support to clients throughout the process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Counseling, Education, or Social Sciences.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in counseling, preferably in the immigration or education industry.
Strong knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and immigration laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and [other languages].
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
