Work-experience: 2-3 years years of experience in Client Servicing in an Advertising Agency or a Digital Marketing agency.


Job Description:


  • Understanding and inquiring about the Clients' requirements thoroughly. Identify project objectives and manage the execution Stage. Do brand audits, market research & audience research for client onboarding.
  • Pitch Prospective Campaign Activities to existing Clients.
  • Research new Project Ideas, Brainstorm with Cross-Functional Team. Track the execution of the project after the contract signing.
  • Communicating Brands' requirements to the team for preparing better Campaign Presentations & for execution.
  • Take insights from the Head of Department and Supervisors to have a clear understanding of how BrandLogiQ should perform on clients' deliverables.
  • Assign the campaign requirement to the team with a proper deadline and also inform it to the client.
  • Follow up with Existing clients and Prospective clients to build brand relationships.
  • Prepare Contracts as per the requirement of the clients' work.
  • Learn and Understand the functioning of the Digital Marketing team to support and assist them when required.
  • Document and Submit Social Media reports to the respective clients. Keep clients updated on their Social Media Presence and also suggest investing in the Integrated Marketing Channel for better output.
  • Properly manage the Retention work for its execution through creative suggestions to the content team, oversee social media postings and Ad management.
  • Assist & Coordinate with fellow Client Services Managers to develop a smooth workflow.
  • Assist the Team in ATL, OOH & BTL activations. Vendor management and segregation of good Brand Promoters for the BTL activations for the prospective clients' projects.
  • Understand & Assist the team in Event Management.
  • Strategic thinking, Creative Idea Generation and cross-functional management.

Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Marketing Communications and Project Management
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
  • Sound understanding of Marketing and its processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in managing campaigns on social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
