Job Description

  • To provide effective and efficient servicing to the clients of this company.
  • To be a bridge for business between client and the company and to coordinate ongoing jobs in-between Creative Department and Client to ensure that they are completed on the time with expected result.
  • To follow up and manage new and existing accounts independently and under supervision.
  • To meeting clients, taking and understanding the job brief and then delegating brief to creative team.
  • To keep in touch with clients, see opportunity to minuting and reporting about job status, delivery time, quantity of output, media schedule, and competitor activities and market trends.
  • To always strategically persuade for new business, extra relevant supporting jobs to enhance the output.
  • To coordinate and communicate between client and creative team, updating the things and establishing and maintaining pleasant relationship with client on behalf of the company.
  • Developing and driving strategic communication plans and provide leadership, vision and momentum to drive the business and ground operations.
  • To offering strategically sound communication solutions to clients and executing them
  • To visit to clients frequently and discuss about the general market trends.
  • To train and aware all staff members about the importance of client servicing
  • To assure that each and every clients are being serviced and cared.
  • To treat every client contact as an opportunity to build a positive relationship as all clients are valued partners in success of our business.
  • To give prompt, knowledgeable answers to all clients' questions and problems.  If problems cannot be solved immediately, clients must be kept aware of our involvement in their solutions.
  • To find out an answer that can satisfy an unhappy client, they may not always be right, but their satisfaction is always the goal.
