Managing key client relationships for accounts as assigned from time to time
Growing revenue from the existing clients and growing client base in Nepal Market
Working on creating strategy with the client and Strategy Head, Creative Head, and Client Management Head for these accounts
Servicing Clients through regular interaction and provide timely and efficient responses to their all queries.
Taking brief from the client with clear understanding of their requirements and objectives and providing solutions based on the briefing received from the client
Updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff and supervising the account’s finances
Responsible for the execution of day to day activities of client initiatives and ensure that service quality is delivered consistently to clients.
Working closely with client and Pinstorm teams to achieve deliverables in a timely fashion without compromising on Pinstorm standards and as per the contracts
