- Act as a liaison between the client and the advertising agency and supervise executives in the management of their respective clients
- Oversee formulation of advertising strategies; the internal direction of accounts including creative; media; set timeline and allocate budget
- Anticipate the needs of the clients and any third party resources or services employed to deliver clients goals and objectives
- Abide by working policies and ensures that data confidentiality is maintained
- Maintain projects, timelines, media schedules and due dates
- Prepare/ oversee creative brief to give direction to the creative teams
- Provide strategic support for market analysis, new clients pitching, and development of overall business target of the agency
- Supervise executives to provide best service to the fullest satisfaction of the clients
- Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects
- Discuss any issue arising in their work of area with the manager
- Help generate and develop new clients
- Provide accurate and up-to-date reports/status of jobs/clients on time.
