Education and Experience

• Intermediate (plus 2) or above
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Other Qualification/Skills: 

• Amazing customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Problem-solving skills and solution-focused
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
• Ability to work in odd hours ( 7:45 p.m.–4:15 a.m.)
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously to achieve deadlines.

Offered Salary: Training + Intern Period (Approximately 3 months) for Nrs. 20,000  and after the training period, Nrs. 25,000 plus bonuses. 

Job location: This position could be worked from home temporarily, but should be done from the office later if required.
