Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist in expanding our presence in markets like GCC, Malaysia, and Japan
Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to grow our brand credibility
Design promotional materials using Canva or Photoshop
Coordinate with international partners, employers, and local stakeholders
Contribute to new ideas, market research, and project execution
Support compliance efforts aligned with IRIS, ILO, IOM, and global ethical standards

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–2 years of experience in HR, foreign employment, compliance, or marketing
Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Law, Social Sciences, or International Relations
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, or branding
Experience with Canva or Photoshop is a strong plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Interest in ethical recruitment and international labor mobility
Ability to learn fast and work in a mission-driven team
Good to Have: Familiarity with ILO/IOM projects or international standards (IRIS, GLAA, etc.)
