Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Assistant Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the design and marketing departments in creating, adapting, and managing visual content across various digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their careers in graphic design, digital marketing, and creative content development.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete tasks assigned by designers from the marketing department.
Translate text into different languages using AI tools and adapt translated text to fit creative layouts.
Adapt ready-made creatives into different formats, including converting square images into horizontal and vertical formats, and vice versa.
Support senior designers with various design-related tasks and creative projects.
Generate fresh ideas and concepts for design projects and social media marketing (SMM) content.
Assist in maintaining consistency and quality across all creative materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
In the future, you may be required to translate videos into different languages. Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve will be a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related field.
English proficiency level of B2 or above is mandatory.
Experience in creating images and creatives for marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
Familiarity with AI tools for content adaptation and translation.
Passion for design and eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally in the creative field.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
