At least 5 years of experience in engineering field in building constructions, steel structural works
Must be exposed to managerial level for 2-3 years
Must be skilled with project Coordination of management
Must be open to growth and development plans
Have outstanding, good interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation and leadership skills, sound health condition, pleasant personality, strong initiative
Knowledge of MS Office packages and other technical software
Applicants with creative knowledge and vision shall be preferred
Applicants having experience in steel structure works will be preferred
Preferred to those candidates who has completed Masters in structural Engineering along with B.E. background.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates having their own vehicle with valid driving license

To manage and supervise employees
To execute day to day office works, including correspondence to maintain organizational discipline and efficiency
To manage and check different projects as assigned
To implement different development plans
To ensure full utilization of technical resources for optimum efficiency
To be in- charge of purchasing and allocating services and technology- related materials and equipments
