Pashupati Shivajee Construction P Ltd. is a reputed growing construction company engaged in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in construction of projects on site with cost estimation, bill preparation, preparing of progress reports and resolving issues on completion of projects timely. Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and abilities to perform work effectively.
An energetic and resourceful person with a proven track record of achieving high level results, efficiency and an eye for accuracy will be an ideal candidate.

Pashupati Shivajee Construction was officially registered in 2073 BS. However, it has been actively engaged in Nepal’s top construction projects since 2075 BS. Under the dynamic leadership of Er. Leadership & Vision :
Er. Sushil Kadariya, the current Managing Director, returned from India with a Civil Engineering degree, driven by a vision to implement modern engineering practices and transform Nepal’s infrastructure development. After returning to Nepal, he initially worked as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Procurement Manager at Shyam Sundar Constructions for a time period.
In 2073 BS, he founded Pashupati Shivajee Construction with just one staff member. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, now employing over 50 full-time team members and more than 500 project-based workers. Combining his theoretical expertise with hands-on experience, he has led Pashupati Shivajee Construction into an era of rapid growth and excellence.
