Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Manager to oversee the technical operations of building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring all construction activities meet quality standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage technical aspects of construction projects.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project compliance are maintained.
Provide technical guidance and resolve construction-related issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved plans.
Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.
