Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Carewinds Medical Solutions, a leading supplier in the Chemical and Medical industry. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in overseeing and managing our construction projects on-site.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they comply with plans, specifications, and regulations
Manage resources and coordinate teams to ensure efficient project completion
Communicate with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and clients to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues or risks on the site
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and any challenges or delays
Develop and review project plans and schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of the project
Utilize 2D-3D AutoCAD to assist in project planning and design
Prepare cost estimations and ensure project stays within budget
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in the construction industry
Excellent knowledge of 2D-3D AutoCAD and other relevant software
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team effectively
Knowledge of cost estimation and project budgeting
Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
