Job Description

Provide general administrative support to management.
Involve in account department like; bank deposit, withdrawing, bank statement and other.
Collect detail, information and quotation from different vendors and suppliers.
Invoice drop and payment collection.
Should be responsible for various utilities payment & collection activities. Like; electricity, water, telephone etc.
Report to the line manager about the assigned task of the day and its progress.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among shareholders.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
Maintain office filing.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Prepare documents, process mail and answer telephone.
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Any other job assigned by the line manager.
