A Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a senior executive who oversees a company's daily business operations and administration. The duties of a COO include developing and implementing business strategies and optimizing the organization’s operational capabilities. This position will act as pool between top executive management and working management. You should be experienced and efficient leader.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
• Develop and implement strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth.
• Oversee daily operations and the work of executives (HR, Admin, Sales & Marketing, Post Sales, Support). Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. 
• Should oversee complete HR management 
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention.
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, vendors and other stakeholders of the company.
• Adhere to company and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.
• Work closely with the CEO on all matters related to the business. Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Working as advisor to CEO and top level executive management
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
