Strong interpersonal communication skills, good sense of humor, ability to make friends with people you have to deal with for business
The candidate will have to be extremely persuasive and yet pleasant
Ready to travel across different regions of Nepal and outside of the country as required
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic & challenging environment
Being able to stick to a schedule, be self-managed and have a lot of discipline, self-control, and attention to details are a must.

Preparing and executing business strategies, plans and procedures
Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
Responsible to ensure that effective implementation, monitoring and supervision tools are developed and implemented.
Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources
Manage project budgets, cash flow and obligations to ensure that deliverables are met
Regular site/production unit supervision and guidance
Update management by regularly analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Update management on industry related data & events impacting the business operation on regular basis
Undertake competitor analysis and assist in formulating new business strategies
Identify and analyze market information and provide feedback to stakeholders
Ensure operation is managed within budgets and target achieved
Must meet deadlines set to achieve business targets
