We are seeking experienced and dynamic Department Managers to lead key departments and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in their relevant fields and prior exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or IT industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the assigned department.
Lead and manage departmental teams to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the platform.
Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and e-commerce best practices.
