Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy
  • Drive the company’s operating capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction 
  • Manage and develop strategies to guide the company’s future in a positive direction
  • Transform strategies into actionable goals and help to implement organization-wide goal setting and periodic operating planning
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve, develop and enhance the organization’s performance
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting 
  • Create an accountable and success-oriented working environment
