Job Summary

Responsible for all issues related to finance & accounting function. Provide leadership and
Strategic direction to the Company. Evaluate the financial aspects of Company’s business
Performance to shape future direction and enhance shareholder value. Monitor and ensure
That the accounting & finance function of branches & business units are in line with
Established guidelines and adherence to local regulatory requirements. Ensure timely
Reporting to management, regulator & other external agencies as may be required. Establish
Good relationship with the regulator, external auditors, tax authorities, rating agencies, and other
xternal agencies as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field preferably in insurance sector
Strong knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles and Standards
Well acquainted with regulator’s directives
Compliance/ legal and regulatory knowledge
Planning and execution skill
Interpersonal and influencing skills
Leadership, management, and motivating skill
Analytical skills
Ability to make sound judgment and decision
