At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Level position in Finance & Accounts Department.
Very good knowledge of using Tally Software

Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures
Direct, supervise and closely monitor daily financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
Undertake budgetary control measures and proper fund flow management.
Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
Ensure record systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
Ensure compliance to company rules and regulations and statutory laws.
Coordinate with external governmental offices eg. TAX, VAT etc.
Present financial reports to the Senior Management on a regular basis.
Analyze data, cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide Senior Management. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas. Make suitable recommendation.
Establish and maintain business relationships with the key parties.
Supervise the entire Finance & Accounts team of the company.
Perform other jobs as assigned
