Position: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
A leading National Level Development Bank invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic, visionary and results-oriented Nepalese citizens for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to inspire and lead the institution towards sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulate and execute the bank's long-term vision, strategic plans, and annual business Plan.
• Drive profitability, manage institutional risks, and optimize balance sheet growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, regulators, clients, and general public.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead the executive management team to achieve high performance and organizational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Academic Qualification and Experience:
Applicants must meet any one of the following criteria:

• Master's degree in either Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics with 8 years of work experience or more in Managerial level or above position in any banking or financial institution.

OR

• Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned subjects or a degree in Chartered Accountancy (CA) with 10 years of work experience in an Officer-level or above position in any banking or financial institution.

Required Competencies:

• Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in strategic decision- making and institutional growth.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to formulate and implement strategic plans aligned with the Bank's mission and objectives.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international banking regulations and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:

• Have strong knowledge of banking operations, risk management and regulatory framework.
• Must meet "Fit & Proper test" criteria as prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 55 years as on Last date of application.
