The Executive Search Unit of merojob, on behalf of its client, is seeking a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a prestigious national-level hospital and medical institute. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across clinical, administrative, and support services to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient outcomes.
• Implement performance metrics, monitoring systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth.

Qualifications & Experience
