Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals who can handle front-desk responsibilities, patient interaction, and billing operations efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient reception, registration, and front desk management
Manage billing operations accurately and efficiently
Coordinate patient flow and support administrative processes
Maintain patient records using Hospital Information Management System (HIMS)
Provide professional and courteous communication with patients and visitors
Support daily hospital administrative tasks as required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 35 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Intermediate) completed or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (hospital/clinic experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HIMS software will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of healthcare/medical terminology preferred

Age Requirement: 20 to 35 years
