(AA) Profile Summary:

Responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer is similar to the duties of business/ company owner. CEO should take care of executive leadership team responsibilities. Planning, developing, implementing and directing the company's operational and financial operations and performance. CEO would consult and communicate with employees at all levels to encourage growth and development among the senior management team and all employees.

(BB) Main Task:

Apply for, get shortlisted, bid successfully (technically soundly, and profitable) execute various types and sizes of Engineering Consultancy services, from Government, Semi Government, Private and Financial Institutions in some form of Association (JV, sub- Consultancy etc.) with one and more International Consulting Firms and or one or more Consulting firms.

Action and responsibilities required to be taken to execute the main task.

  • Executive leadership team responsibilities must be taken care of by the CEO. Plan, develop, implement and direct the Organization's Operational and fiscal function and performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs.
  • Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions.
  • Perform accurate analysis of financial trades and budgets to help the BOD as well as the senior executives will increase credibility and authority.
  • Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Director as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and advice to other within executive leadership.
  • Improving the planning and budging Process continually by educating departments and key member of corporate leadership.
  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, specially evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
  • Optimize the handling of Banking relationship and work closely with Finance and Accounts Department/ CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
  • Work with the finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
  • Evaluating the company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.
  • Mentor and interact with staff member at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all the staff members.

  • Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related, MBA preferred
  • Experience : 10+ years (preferred) working experience in the infrastructure sector with Engineering Firm
