Designing top quality business plans and strategies confirming their alignment with short-term and long-term organizational goals.
Leading and inspiring subordinates to advance member of staff engagement develop a top performing supervisory team
Managing all operations and business events to ensure they yield the anticipated outcomes and are consistent with the overall policy and mission

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Should be Nepali national
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any of the recognized universities
At least 5 years of experience working in any field. Working in Travel & Tourism Sector is preferable
Should be of age between (35 years – 50 years)
Should have competence in computer skills (especially in English and Nepali typing and Presentations)
Should be fluent in English (written and communication).
Administration experience will be of preference
