The CEO is a key position with responsibility of driving the organization to fulfill its goals and objectives by utilizing the resources efficiently and effectively. The position is on a four-year term renewable based on performance. The four- year term will be confirmed only after the satisfactory performance of one year probation.

• Education: Minimum of Master Degree in Economics or Rural Development or Agricultural Economics or MBA from a recognized university.
• Experience: At least 5 years of working experience at top management level in the financial institution. Comprehensive knowledge on microfinance sector, rural economy and banking system of the country
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Nepali and English language; must possess excellent communication and computer skills.
• Other Requirements: Result oriented and willing to travel extensively. Minimum age 40 years on the last date of applying the application.
