Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing and setting the General Administration Management process for the BMTPL including personnel requirements i.e. departmental policies and procedures including the profile of the company as per the requirement. Also short term, medium term and long term Business plans for BMTPL.
Developing HR policy and systems (recruitment, Professional Management and Personal Development etc), Extensively developing and providing training with counseling services to support staff in the organization.
Working actively as a senior management team member. Reporting the risks as a team member in the Business Risk Management meetings.
Liaising with different offices and Hospitals inclusive of health centre in Nepal to promote BMTPL’s products. Setting up Finance and Procurement systems with required policies that include the process for searching, negotiating and appointing suppliers
Excellent knowledge on Bio-Medical equipments and it’s functionality, can be able to express and promote sales and marketing.
High level of communication skills on liaison with Bio-medical production companies. Updates on up gradation of equipments.
Focus on proving results selling and marketing of Bio-medical products and generating a high degree of reputation.
