Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Chief Accountant at Hotel Marshyangdi. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organization and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities:

Handle all transactions related to accounts
Maintain daily accounts in accounting software
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
Maintain financial database
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Prepare invoice
Reporting - Prepare daily, weekly/monthly closing and cost accounting reports
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business accounts

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Proven work experience as chief accountant, account manager or other similar capacity
MBA preferred
Knowledge of IDS Software
Previous experience in the hospitality industry & hotel systems preferred
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
