Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing and cooking specific sections of the menu, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest international fine dining standards.
  • Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all dishes meet or exceed the restaurant's expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry), coordinating with other team members to ensure timely and precise preparation.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques, presentation, and adherence to the restaurant's culinary standards.
  • Help manage inventory levels for ingredients in your section, ensuring freshness and minimizing wastage.
  • Collaborate with the Sous-Chef and Head Chef to maintain a well-coordinated kitchen, communicate effectively, and assist in menu development and innovation.
  • Should have the required skill level to work for a international standard fine dining restaurant.
